Victoria and Albert Museum: Decode

http://www.vam.ac.uk/microsites/decode/

Last Saturday (6th February 2010), I visited the Decode exhibition at the V&A with a friend of mine. Well I was the only person who saw the show as my friend wouldn’t pay £5 (cheapskate). The show covered 3 themes; Code as a raw material, Interactivity and network. Personally I found the interactive pieces more engaging as most of the pieces designed the pieces approachable and easily understandable to the audience, this was clearly shown as the reactions and gatherings happened around the interactive pieces.
Below is a selection of videos I shot of the exhibition with links to the websites.

Troika - Digital Zoetrope

House of Cards - James Frost(commercial, non-interactive)

House of Cards - Aaron Koblin(installation - interactive)

Robert Hodgin - Solar
