Star Wars (1977) Deleted Scene

Not much to say really, thoughts??

Wolfman is a rip-off, off Twilight, say what now??

Like my previous post about Twilight, it's not as bad as people make it out to be and it's definitely not as good people make it. I probably should clarify I have not read the books and have not seen New Moon so I can't judge either. Below is a post I read from MovieBlog, its a hatemail towards the movie Wolfman, stating that it is a ripoff of Twilight. I haven't even seen Wolfman Either, but even I know the design of the character(Wolfman 2010) is a homage to the original that predates Twilight by decades. The hatemail is below.

To whom this may concern:
This movie was a complete waste and I feel that it offends ALL Twilight Fans around the world, that including myself. For one, it was a COMPLETE remaking of the Wolf Pack from the Twilight Saga: New Moon. It gives the werewolves a bad name and makes them look like some deformed mutation of a rabid dog. I actually started to like werewolves after seeing Jacob Black and all his awesomeness on the big screen at the movies. That was until I saw your crappy remake of what you call to be a “were wolf”. I don’t see how you live with yourself for making it the way you did. If I made this movie, I would be ashamed to even admit that I owned it.
How can a werewolf be killed with a silver bullet? Better yet, have you saw the transformation of the man that is “supposed” to be the wolf? He sits in some chair and his entire body turns in to some mutated freak. If you would watch the transformation of Jacob Black, (Taylor Lautner) he doesn’t come close to looking as fake, cheap and or mutated as the wolf man.
You tell me, who looks to be the better werewolf. Your stupid Wolf Movie didn’t even make the top Movie for the charts; Valentines Day WITH TAYLOR Lautner! Get that this is MY opinion and I felt I wanted to express it because I saw that your email was on your site. I wanted to let you know this is what i thought of the wolf man that sucks.
As Rodney from Movieblog puts it "Wow, I love stupid Teenagers". On that note, I really don't understand people's ignorant following of all things Twilight. I don't blame the actors, producers, writers, ect. I mean being a fan is one thing, but this kind of worship is alien to me. I dont know, hopefully I ain't offended any Twilight fans and who knows after I come around to watch Wolfman, I might feel the same.

Anyone else feel the same as the grey post up there??

Vin "the Mona Iisa" Diesel

I personally have mucked around with the Mona Lisa, so have countless people in the world, but by far is the only fun that makes me chuckle!! Ihave no idea who made this, if you know could you let me know?

There just isn't much to say about this. If you see this post and have seen Mona Lisa in a better form. Please do tell/show.

That is just wrong!!!

Pictures are worth a thousand words and for this picture its probably the word gross a thousand times!!! There is something very unsettling about this picture, its one of those things that makes you feel unsettling to see it, but yet you cant look away.
From what I can they're the inside of a popcorn. On that note, this is  Photoshoped image and I have no idea who made it.

Anyone know or seen anything weirder made in Photoshop??

The Opposite of Photoshop

Don't be fooled people, this is no painting. Well if you count the paint on her body!! Yes this is a photograph of a person, with paint on her body and set. All my years of Photoshop experience, this is way cooler than anything digitally made. I can only imagine the time the people put into this.

The only thing that could give it away is the hands and possibly hair. also if you look closely at her shoulders. you should see her bikini straps. Im certain if there her hand was covered in paint and minus the bra strap, it'll be near impossible to tell!!

If you seen anything like this, please do tell

I Hate Twilight (also new images of Eclipse)

Okay I don't really hate Twilight, when I first watched it, it weren't as bad as people made it. The other day I watched it again, and reliased "wow that girl Bella really can't act for S***!". I don't blame her for her bad acting, but I blame the people who casted her, Im certain there are thousands of girls in America, who could do a better job. Oh well apparently the writing in the books is lousy(not my words). Links to original source below.

Chris Pine Leads Captain America Rumours

There are current rumours that 2009 Star Trek's Chris Pine (James T.Kirk) could well be Captain America. Another actor that was rumoured to play the famous american hero was Jensen Ackles from the show Supernatural.

Personally I much prefer Jensen Ackles  but neither of them are worthy Capmerica (Captain America like Brangelina!!,, not sure why I did that). If I had to choose an actor that has that heroic, manly, soldier boy feel, it would be Sam Wothington (Jake Sully from Avatar). Some people have have been negative to him, but then again so has Avatar. I think he has that righteous soldier feel to him an he has done action already. I just think he'll make a good Capmerica, atleast it'll be better than Jake Gyllenhaal in Prince of Percia!!
Please let me know if you think any actor would be a better Capmerica??

Laeta Kalogridis on Adapting Ghost in the Shell

I've got "Ghost in the Shell," which is an adaptation of another manga and anime with DreamWorks and Steven's producing that and I'm hoping that the draft will come in pretty soon and I'm hoping he'll like it. DreamWorks had the material and I have loved it for years and years and years. They contacted me about it when they found out that I was interested. I mean, there's just no other property quite like it. It could actually be three two-hour movies, which is what I would vote for, but it's the seminal cyberpunk text as something like "Neuromancer." I mean, it really just is, and there's nothing else like it.

Windows Phone 7 Series Hands-On 2

Here is possibly the most in depth day to day use video, of the new Window Phones 7 Series(WP7S)
This is the first and only video I seen that showcases, what the menu screen looks like and the option to pin any menu to the homescreen as a "hub".

Windows Phone 7 Series Features Video

I am personally really happy with what Microsoft has done. The concept of the navigation feels less mechanical than the current OS like the iPhones and Android with their button shortcuts. The general design just looks very slick and apparently you can customise the homescreen so everyone can make their phone their own. Hopefully they'll (microsoft) keep up the good work and refine it even more and release something really soon AS I WANT TO WITH IT NOW!!!

The Wheel Rider Offers Death Via Shiny Donut

Toy Story 3 -- Trailer #2 (Official!)

TRAILER HERE

Get Him to the Greek - Spinoff off Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Forgetting Sarah Marshall was a good movie, with exception of the penis scenes which were unsettling but funny. Russell Brand's character was a joy to watch in the Sarah Marshall movie, but he was pretty much acting as he usually does. He's scene with Paul Rudd did create a very funny catchline for the movie "YOU SOUND LIKE YOU'RE FROM LANDUN!!!"  At first I was pretty excited about hearing the news, but after watching the trailer, I lost my excitement. In my opinion Russell Brand and Jonah Hill(from forgetting Sarah Marshall and Superbad) Dosn't have the main guy persona, but thats probably why there's the two of them. The movie hasn't been out yet and like people say, Never judge a Movie by its trailer!!

Colour Changing Walls by Yanko Designs

The wall is made up of triangular panels, which could be changed to creat desired patterns or spell out rude words. I can see this work kinda well with Parents and children in some way. It dosn't mention if its remote controlled or automated with time. If it had these features, the appeal for having this is there. For example, if it could be set to change panels at given times to say things such as "good morning" or have a blue sky with clouds drawn with the panels.

Victoria and Albert Museum: Decode

http://www.vam.ac.uk/microsites/decode/

Last Saturday (6th February 2010), I visited the Decode exhibition at the V&A with a friend of mine. Well I was the only person who saw the show as my friend wouldn’t pay £5 (cheapskate). The show covered 3 themes; Code as a raw material, Interactivity and network. Personally I found the interactive pieces more engaging as most of the pieces designed the pieces approachable and easily understandable to the audience, this was clearly shown as the reactions and gatherings happened around the interactive pieces.
Below is a selection of videos I shot of the exhibition with links to the websites.

Troika - Digital Zoetrope

House of Cards - James Frost(commercial, non-interactive)

House of Cards - Aaron Koblin(installation - interactive)

Robert Hodgin - Solar
